[Devel] New Apertis v2025dev0 development release available

Hello everyone,

I'm glad to announce that the new Apertis v2025dev0 development release 
is now available!

Apertis v2025dev0 is the first development release of the Apertis
v2025 stable release flow, which will lead to the LTS Apertis v2025.0 
release in March 2025.

This release is based on Debian Bookworm and ships the latest Linux 
kernel in the 6.6.x series. Later releases in the v2025 channel will be 
tracking newer kernel versions up to the next LTS.

Some highlighs:

- Include builddeps reports
- Improvements in integration tests on MRs
