I'm glad to announce that the new Apertis v2023dev0 development
release is now available!<br>
<br>
Apertis v2023dev0 is the first development release of the Apertis<br>
v2023 stable release flow that will lead to the LTS Apertis
v2023.0<br>
release in March 2023.<br>

This release ships the linux 5.15 LTS kernel and it is based on
Bullseye.<br>
<br>
Some highlights for this release:<br>
<br>
* Replace outdated GPL-2 versions of GNU utilities<br>
Following the plan described in the GPL-3 Deltas Assessment [1]<br>
to avoid relying on outdated version of tools preceding their
switch to the<br>
GPL-3 terms, this release ships modern and well maintained
replacements for<br>
several GNU tools such as cpio, grep, gzip, sed and tar to
cover the needs of<br>
the target images.<br>
