I'm glad to announce that the new Apertis v2023dev0 development release is now available!

Apertis v2023dev0 is the first development release of the Apertis
v2023 stable release flow that will lead to the LTS Apertis v2023.0
release in March 2023.

This release ships the linux 5.15 LTS kernel and it is based on Bullseye.

Some highlights for this release:

 * Replace outdated GPL-2 versions of GNU utilities
   Following the plan described in the GPL-3 Deltas Assessment [1]
   to avoid relying on outdated version of tools preceding their switch to the
   GPL-3 terms, this release ships modern and well maintained replacements for
   several GNU tools such as cpio, grep, gzip, sed and tar to cover the needs of
   the target images.
