This is the second development release based on Debian Bullseye. Compared to v2022dev2 it contains
* Updates from Debian Bullseye * GNU coreutils replaced by uutils-coreutils * GnuPG replaced by sequoia-gpgv * Generates FixedFunction and HMI images * Improves license compliance checks
