[Devel] New Apertis 17.12 stable release available

Hello everyone,
  the new Apertis 17.12 stable release is now available!

Some highlights from this release:

* New infrastructure to build images

The new pipeline based on the debos tool is meant to be faster and more
flexible, and also allow developers to easily build custom images on
their machines.

* LAVAv2

Our testing rig has been switched to LAVAv2, after LAVAv1 development
has stopped. This gave us support for ARM64 boards and for running
tests in QEMU, freeing resources on the hardware targets.

* OSTree

Preliminary work has been started to use OSTree as the basis for a
robust and efficient update mechanism.

* LXC template

A template script for LXC makes using Apertis in a container as simple
as possible, using OSTree for updates.
