[Devel] New Apertis 17.09 stable release available

Hello everyone,
  the new Apertis 17.09 stable release is now available!

Some highlights from this release:

* Application framework running in containers

The application framework shipped with Apertis no longer depends on
privileged Btrfs operations, making it suitable to be used in
containers as well.

* Platform guide

A new guide explains what the Apertis platform is, what it offers and
what are the benefits of its approach:

* Release branching improvements

To make the release process as quick and reliable as possible, the
branching process has been defined more clearly and it is now largely
automated.

* Inter-domain communications

The inter-domain communications design now has some provisions for
sharing large amount of static data as bulk transfers, such as firmware
updates or map data for offline navigation.
