[Devel] New Apertis v2021pre.1 preview release available

Hello everyone,
 an update to the Apertis v2021pre preview release is now available,
v2021pre.1!

Apertis v2021pre.1 is a minor update to the preview release of the
Apertis v2021 stable release flow that will lead to the LTS Apertis
v2021.0 release in March 2021.

This minor update ships the Linux kernel version 5.10.x LTS which was
released upstream shortly after the window for the v2021pre.0 release
was closed.

In particular it fixes the known issues with loop devices used by the
update manager for encrypted updates.
