[Devel] Apertis release candidate v2024dev0.0rc1 available for testing

I'm glad to announce that Apertis v2024dev0.0rc1 images for all the 
supported
platforms have been published:

AMD64

This is the first development release on the Apertis v2024 release flow 
and compared to v2023pre it contains updates from Debian Bullseye.
