[Devel] Apertis release schedule changes

Hi all,

The Apertis team is committed to provide high quality standards and 
therefore is always trying to improve the stability of the releases. 
With this mindset we have decided to extend the RC testing period from 
one week to two weeks for every release, in order to provide enough time 
to run all the tests and propose proper fixes if needed.

Worth noting the dates for the final releases have not changed, but 
instead the schedule was adjusted to accommodate the extended testing 
period. Refer to [1], [2] and [3] for more details.
