[Devel] Apertis release candidate v2024dev2.0rc1 available for testing

Hello everyone,

I'm glad to announce that Apertis v2024dev2.0rc1 images for all the 
supported platforms have been published:

AMD64

This is the third development release on the Apertis v2024 release flow 
and the first one based on Debian Bookworm. As a consequence, all the 
packages have been updated to the version available in Bookworm. Some 
highlights:

- GCC 12.2.0-14
- Glib 2.74.6-1
- Glibc 2.36-9
- OpenSSL 3.0.9-1
- GNU TLS 3.7.9-1
- Nginx 1.22.1-7
- Gstreamer 1.22.0-3
- Pipewire 0.3.65-3
