[Devel] Apertis release candidate v2024dev1.0rc1 available for testing

I'm glad to announce that Apertis v2024dev1.0rc1 images for all the 
supported platforms have been published:


AMD64

Compared to v2024dev0, this release contains security updates from
Debian Bullseye and the latest LTS Linux kernel from the 6.1.x series.
