New Apertis 18.03 stable release available

Hello everyone, The new Apertis 18.03 stable release is now available. You can find the full release notes at: https://wiki.apertis.org/18.03/ReleaseNotes Some highlights from this release: * Build infrastructure This release has focused on completing the migration to the new debos building pipeline which was started during the 17.12 release cycle and is now complete. The new pipeline is meant to be faster and more flexible, and also allow developers to easily build custom images on their machines. A design document has been added to cover the high-level concept and infrastructure setup required for debos based image building. Please see the release notes for the details on the new Git repositories for the infrastructure-related files. * API deprecations We have continued to mark obsolete or problematic APIs with the ABI break tag as a way to clear technical debt in future. * LAVAv2 migration We have dropped support for LAVAv1 jobs, having completed the transition started during the preparation of 17.12 release.
