This is the fourth development release for v2023, based on Debian Bullseye. Compared to v2023dev2.0 it contains:

* Updates from Debian Bullseye * The latest Linux v5.18 kernel * Support for the new UP Squared 6000 board * Support for lintian validation to packaging CI
